Winery:
The winery is located on a family-owned property called Miramonte, which is an integrated environment of 10 hectares where different types of wine-related activities are developed and helps familiarize the public with the world of wine and with the Bierzo region. The building which houses the production and vintage areas consists of comfortable and modern premises equipped with all the infrastructure technology necessary to obtain the finest wines; nevertheless, in working on the project, the winery has not lost sight of its humble beginnings, family character and identity. The production area is equipped with several stainless steel deposits, of different capacities that could take a maximum of 200,000 kg of grapes in each harvest. All of them are duly equipped with automatic temperature control systems, that allow the control of the vinification process at the ranges of temperature suitable to obtain our wines.
